Nothing provided by the App constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Dharmadeva app, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use the App, particularly with respect to in-app purchases.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
The information you provide during registration must be accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that is misused or violates these Terms.

4. Balance & Payments

The App runs on a "credits" system (an internal balance) that is consumed for each reading or paid feature.
Credits are purchased with real money through approved payment providers (such as Stripe, or the app store's billing system when installed from there).
Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the policy of the app store used for the purchase.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App to:

Upload images that are not yours or of someone who has not consented.
Attempt to hack or technically abuse the system.
Impersonate another person or provide misleading information.
Resell or transfer App services/credits to a third party without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App's design, branding, and content (excluding content you upload) are owned by the Adonis Tech Team.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Adonis Tech Team is not liable for any decision a user makes based on reading content, nor for temporary service interruptions or technical errors.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
