This policy explains how Dharmadeva ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your data, whether you use the App through a browser or as an installed app (PWA / Android). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email and/or phone number, gender, preferred language, internal account number.
- Palm/face images: photos you upload to receive a reading — used only to generate that reading and stored securely so you can view your reading history.
- Conversation content: your messages and the App's replies, so you can view your chat and reading history.
- Payment data: we do not store card numbers on our servers; payments are processed entirely by our payment provider (Stripe) or the app store's billing system.
- Technical data: device identifier, approximate country (for security and fraud prevention), browser type.
- Push notification subscription: if you enable notifications, we store your push subscription so we can send you notifications related to your account or your readings.
- Referral data: your referral link and how many people you've referred, if you use the referral program.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Providing AI-generated palm and tarot readings and analysis.
- Managing your account, balance, and transactions.
- Contacting you about your account (OTP verification, reading-ready notifications, important updates).
- Improving service quality and preventing abuse or fraud.
3. Sharing Data With Third Parties
We rely on trusted providers to run the App, and we never sell your data to anyone:

4. Data Security
All data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS), and passwords are hashed — we never store passwords as plain text.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data (including uploaded images and reading history), email us at the address below — requests are processed within a reasonable time, except for data we must retain for accounting or legal purposes (such as payment records).
6. Your Rights
- Access your data or request a copy of it.
- Correct your data from within account settings.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Withdraw notification consent at any time from your browser/device settings.
7. Children
The App is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest revision.
